I hired fresh up a few days ago to clean my hard floors, carpets and windows, and they did very good at the job. Friendly staff and the cleaners knew exactly what they were doing, would recommend.-Peter Stevenston

I booked a vacate clean with Fresh Up when moving out of my rental. Communication was really great and the team was friendly and punctual, and were happy to answer in detail any queries that I had pre and post clean. I especially appreciated the peace of mind knowing that they were happy to address any issues noted by the property manager post final inspection.The house was sparkling after the clean, would recommend!

I arranged for a vacate clean. When the cleaner turned up this morning he demanded $570 cash before he even started. I called the manager as I was not comfortable paying a large sum of money in cash when no work had been completed. The manager Chandry started screaming at me that I had not read the small print on the quote which had came through the door which states payment was to be made before the work was done. At the end of the day the quote was only the normal junk mail that comes through the door so you don’t read every inch, at no point during the arrangements to clean was this policy explained to me. The managers customer service skills are zero as there was no compromise, only cancelling my clean and then sending threatening texts to me saying she was contacting lawyers today. The cleaner who had turned up was also behaving in a threatening manner to the point I started videoing him. Please be aware if you use this company as this is what you are dealing with. I managed to get a cheaper quote so it all worked out in the end!

Fresh up Cleaning was fantastic. I would recommend their services. After the first clean out real estate sent mw a big list and Fresh up Cleaning completed all of the work required. They were fast and reliable. Well done and thank you for the excellent service.

Very poor customer service and communication skills. Firsty in all sms communication she did not advised her name, which is odd for a business. Very unprofessional unfriendly phone manners, She demanded pre-payment the day before the booked date and insisted on T&C's. There was nothing mentioned in any communication other than sending bank details the day before, but never advised clearly they only take pre-payment. However, what reallly stood out was her poor phone manners and communication skills. She canceled the job a day before, left me stranded with carpet and window cleaning 3 days before I had to vacate my rental. Lucky enough I had the best experience with a different business, who helped me out at very short notice. Would never recommend Fresh Up Cleaning to anyone. There is too much competition to put up with such bad customer service.

I had my carpet steam cleaned.Great results & a very reasonable price for cleaning my 5 carpeted areas.Fresh up will be my regular carpet cleaning service .

Paid $700 for a complete vacate clean. Returned to the property with it still filthy. Not much had been cleaned at all. Myself and the property manager contacted the owner to have them re attend to which they denied stating it was in their terms and conditions that if I entered the property after the clean to check the job then the return clean was null and void. Both myself and the property manager requested to see the terms and conditions stating this and the owner refused. Case lodged with consumer affairs as did not complete the job paid for (requested payment before even starting the job) and refused to return after the final inspection despite this being covered in the initial cost. Do not waste your money with this scam. SOME of the many photos of mess that wasn't completed below. Skirting boards were not wiped floor wasnt mopped bath wasnt even touched and as soon as they arrived they stated walls were not included as the only wall cleaning that is covered in the package where it states wall cleaning is to clean one or two marks off of the walls throughout the entire house. Who only has one or two marks on their walls in the entire house? All they cleaned was my kitchen cupboards and oven and the windows!
