BUYER BEWARE. My experience with Melina and its Owner have been shocking, unethical and unprofessional to say the least. The owner promised to refund me fully if another carpet cleaner could remove a stain which he could not clean. The stain was easily removed by a member of the Carpet Cleaners Association but the Melita owner refused to provide the refund, despite his promise. His own website states they will refund fully “if a customer is unhappy for any reason.” He was extremely rude, aggressive and insulting. I’m surprised they are still in business.

Would never hire again. Poor communication. Emails indicated would arrive at 8am, when I called to politely ask if Eddie was running late (at 8:10am) he was immediately rude, aggressive and accusatory, saying that he was never coming at 8 and could only come after 4 and had said so in his email. When I mentioned that no email was received with this detail, he said in a rude, aggressive, loud voice check your emails!". When I said to him that he was acting rudely he retorted "oh

Had a small good quality rug approx 2x2.5m cleaned for $80 took less than 15mins and edges looked the same. Hired a Britex next day water was the colour of mud! Sent him a photo, total rip off. Rug is now clean!

Eddie respects and is extremely grateful to all his customers for their continued support and on his behalf (having been a customer of his before and noticed the issue) I have been in touch with him and would like to let you all know that his google business page has been hacked/compromised and he is currently in the process of resolving this issue. He sends his deepest appologies to those who have received any responses to feedback that have been nothing short of immature and offensive... Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon and the offensive/inaccurate information removed. I personally find it disturbing that someone would put the livelyhood and reputation of a family run business at risk through immaturity or spite.

Once again Eddie did a fabulous job cleaning my white lounge..I was very impressed with Eddie`s customer service...he was running late for my appointment and called to advise me of this..I am very big on being kept in the loop for service visits and Eddie impressed me no end with this attention to detail..Highly recommend Melita Cleaning. regards Judith Hersey

We have had such a stressful weekend with our move and various services not doing what they told us they would do, and then Melita Cleaning did our carpet cleaning this morning and did such an amazing job! They turned up on time and got the job done quickly and professionally at a great price!

Over one hour late! Were here to clean the grout and didn't do anything better than I could have done myself - looks the exact same after they left, except for water everywhere. I even had to wipe down the walls after they left as there was dirt splashed up. Extremely disappointing. Tried to comment that it didn't look like the job was finished and he proceeded to ignore me and tell me how I should clean my blinds.

Eddie arrived on time and did a great job. Moved furniture around to clean underneath, he was thorough, polite and friendly. My carpet has never been cleaner, very reasonable rate, highly recommended!
